We ship across Canada and the USA.
How long does shipping take?
- Canada: 5–6 business days
- USA: 7–14 business days
How much does shipping cost?
- Canada: Flat rate of $12 CAD for orders under $69. Free shipping on orders $70 and above.
- USA: Shipping rates are calculated at checkout.
How do I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this to track your package directly on the carrier's website.
Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?
Please contact us immediately if you need to update your address. We'll do our best to accommodate changes before the order is dispatched.
What if my order is delayed or lost?
If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated timeframe, please reach out to us and we'll investigate with the carrier on your behalf.
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
We do not accept returns or exchanges. We bring you quality products and all items are carefully inspected for damages before shipping. For ready-to-wear, we personally coordinate with you regarding measurements and size availability to ensure the best fit.
